Aging Process In Slow Motion
I’m on day 4 now with my glutathione test. As I said the other day, I was doing a trade show in a local community and met numerous like-minded health enthusiasts. Even though I trained in medical research and phyto-nutrition, I will be the 1st to admit that it’s such a huge field that I do not think one can every be a guru in this stuff.
With an open source research platform, the industry standard, there is just too much info to cover for any single entity. I went from Personal computer to a Macbook about 10 months ago in order to maximize my efficiency in executing, tabulating and analyzing research data. Even with the fantastic advantage that Mac gives me over anything in the PC world, I simply can’t match everything. In that respect, I try to concentrate on the essential things to my family and me. At this stage of my life, it involves things that guide me to avoid disease and keeping healthy and energetic.
Those kids out there – you know – the 30 year olds… who, currently think they are bullet-proof, are soon going to discover the effects of aging. I was at the time one of them. I speak from experience. But eventually it catches up on you. At 1st it might be the eyes losing some power in your early 40′s. Next it’s the injuries in your joints. Soon cutting the grass seems as challenging as playing a baseball game used to be!
At 9 pm, you find yourself making excuses to go to bed! And when you do, you are up 4 times to go to the washroom. Then 7 am comes around and you really feel short changed. That was not enough rest! But you wake up anyway, then go shower and dress for work. In the office, you’re not the dynamo you used to be. You look for ways to get through the day without expending too much calorie consumption. At three in the afternoon you’re all set for a nap at your desk!
As a child you usually asked, “are we there yet?” while your daddy drove the suv. Now you sit at your desk and still ask, “Are we there yet?” – but on this occasion you are speaking about quitting time! You get in your suv and drive home, narrowly avoiding 2 accidents. And at home you change into your sweats and flop on the sofa. You are tired. You are spent. You’re deficient in glutathione.
I see your heads nodding while you read what could easily have been your everyday diary. If this describes you, you’ll need to listen up. Four days after starting to take a health supplement designed to allow my body to keep its glutathione levels high, I’m a changed man. First thing I acknowledged was the clarity of mind. I woke up sooner than normal within the last 2 days and I’ve felt good all day long. I could effortlessly go for a bike ride tonight instead of dropping onto that couch.
As a trained specialist in phyto-nutrition, why did I not know regarding glutathione before this? I am going to do a significant amount of research on this stuff, and when I do, I will translate what I learn into each day language that brings it home for you and i. What I know until now is very impressive indeed. I think there is going to be an explosion in marketing this product. It may just be the fountain of youth all of us have been looking for. What’s ironic is that it happens to be in us. It was never “out there.” We always had it, but our bodies has a tendency to destroy it faster as we grow older. All of that is getting ready to change.
