Everybody wants a nice looking stomach, back, arms, and shoulders, but have you ever really thought about your legs?   When it comes to getting leaner, more attractive  legs there are a lot of options out there that can help you to figure out how to get thighs you will love  .   People notice legs before anything else when summer rolls around  .  

There are a lot of leg workout programs out there that promise to tone your legs in no time at all, but here is a very hard truth to accept :  You need to put the time in to get the results .  What I am going to try to do for you is to give you a very short routine that is also very effective at burning fat and toning up your thighs .

The workout consists of only a few exercises .  They are the wall squat, the lunge, and running.   The wall squat is done by sitting against a wall with nothing underneath you and staying there as long as possible  .   The lunge is performed by taking a big step forward, bringing you opposite knee to the ground, and coming back up  .   I'm pretty sure everyone knows how to run  , but here I have a method that has proven time and time again to shed fat off of the lower body and put on lean muscle.   Running should only be done one way, intensely .  By this I mean that you need to run very hard for a short amount of time and then jog for a little and repeat .  This fires up your metabolism for the rest of the day so you can burn fat much more effectively .  

Time for the routine  .   Instead of doing straight sets of the exercises you are going to be alternating sets.  You will do one set of squats, one set of lunges, one set of squats, one set of lunges, etc  .  This will cause your body to work much harder and therefore burn more fat .

 

The routine looks like this:

4 sets of wall squats x as long as you can hold them (progress on time each week)

4 sets of lunges x 20 reps per side (do more reps each week)

one mile run, each quarter mile sprint for 100 meters and jog the remaining 300 meters. (progress by doing more than one mile)

 

This will definitely help you to figure out how to get thighs that you will be happy with.
